Highly Recommend

We made no plans before getting to Vietnam so the morning after we arrived we decided to look up a tour company online to see if we could schedule some activities for the few days we would be in Saigon.

We called this company to see if they would be able to take us to the water puppet show that evening. The person on the phone wasn't sure (since it was last minute) but said he would find out and call us back. He did call back and said that some one would be at the hotel to pick us up that evening.

A lovely gentleman, Phung, showed up and rushed us to the puppet show and then took us to our boat for the dinner cruise. All the while he was very informative and really told us interesting things about the area. Later, during dinner, we found out that Phung is the owner of the company and that when we called all his other drivers and guides were already busy. It was amazing to us that instead of telling us he was booked, (which we would have understood since it was our fault for calling so late) he came and picked us up himself and gave us a great night. That's really great customer service if you ask me!

We also booked a day trip to the Mekong Delta for the next day. I had originally wanted to go to the floating market, and Phung said it was completely possible, but also offered other options. We ended up taking him up on a different tour (which was cheaper) and loved it.

Our guide for the second day was Andy and he was great. He gave us great info, really looked out for us, but also gave us the perfect amount of alone time to rest and talk.

I only have good things to say about this company and would recommend them 100 times!
