Excellent Service!

Had found Roadstour via TripAdvisor, visited the website and emailed Mr Cap my inquiries. Responses was prompt, with all my queries answered and booking the day tour was hassle free.

The tour guide Miss Dong was on time when picking us up from the hotel. A very knowledgeable guide who can answer all the questions that I raised, which I think was pretty impressive!

What delighted me most was when I queried Mr Cap if he does one of the tours that I saw on website, as he doesn’t offer a similar one, he graciously helped me book the other tour and helped made arrangements for it. Making it really easy for me as the tour was a last minute decision made when I am in Ho Chi Minh. I thought that was delivering beyond expectation and it delights me when I am working with a company which is genuine and truly put the customers’ interest first.

I subsequently took up another day tour from Roadstour after my first trip with them. Again, was delighted that Mr Cap, this time round arranged for a bigger vehicle for us which allowed us to travel in comfort. We are also happy that Miss Dong had suggested the day tour for us when I told her what we are specifically looking at.

I would definitely recommend Roadstour to friends visiting the country!
