Wonderful Experience and Excellent Customer Service
Located this company online was very afraid it doesn't live up to the reviews, because I know many of it can be fake. Upon doing many research and speaking to the owner Phung I decided to book 3 tours with Roadstour
1) Can Gio Tour
+ Airport pick up on the day of arrival
We enjoyed all of the tours! It was well organized and the guide was very knowledgeable with all the tour spots and made sure we were safe all the time. The driver was also extremely nice and professional we felt very safe while sitting in the car. The vehicle was very comfortable to accommodate 8 pax plus the tour guide.
Phung is very helpful and provided advice on which tour to join that would fit our schedules while in Ho Chi Minh. At the end of our trip he came by to collect the payment himself at our hotel, which was a great touch to the service because we got to meet him in person. Everyone in my family enjoyed the tour provided by Roadstour.
I personally have recommended other friends of mine when visiting Vietnam to book their tours with Phung and personally have kept in touch with him. He's always very friendly and responsive with e-mails.
Highly recommend this professional and safe tour company for all tourist!
