Promise You Wont Regret Booking With Them
I found Mr Phung's company thru trip advisor and decided to book a whole day Mekong Tour with them and i never regret the experience.
FIRST of all, MR. CAP PHUNG was professional and patient in dealing with all my questions and i appreciate the part that he even adjusted the tour fee in the last minute of our tour since one of our members cannot make it in the last minute and whats great about him is that he will personally get in touch with you and ask if there's something wrong or how was the tour. I even loved it when he extended his help even after the tour...coz i left my sunglasses in the hotel and he called the staff in my behalf. Imagine for 30 usd (off season) per person (we were 13) u got to experience the Mekong Delta which includes guide fee, lunch, transfers and all. Its a 5 star service and considerably affordable. Our driver (forgot his name) was also kind though he speaks little English.
We were treated comfortably in a spacious coaster. Our tour guide is the lovely Ms. Diem. She is a bag of happiness. She cracks jokes occasionally and she is a good photographer as well..i cant imagine how patient she were coz Filipinos are photo maniacs..just imagine taking pictures 6 to 7x using different cameras...and what impressed me is that she accompanied us in our shopping and its not even part of our itinerary! That's genuine concern for the tourists..ensuring our safety.
To top it all, we were able to experience Mekong Delta by visiting the locals and had a great lunch in the restaurant.
The highlight was picking up coconut in the tree and was served by this 70 yr old retired Vietnamese soldier who is still very strong at his age and he was so happy to have us..he was so kind.. i mean for this tour..its not just seeing the places but meeting the Vietnamese folks...i think that is one experience i cannot forget to see the diversity and to be in the Mekong Delta with the best tour group so far.
